About the Center
The Center is an affiliate of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). The Center was created to provide NCEES Member Boards—U.S. licensing boards—with accurate and uniform credential evaluations that can be used in assessing foreign-educated candidates for licensure. The Center is located in Miami, Florida. All services are conducted electronically or by mail (No walk-ins allowed).
Mission
The Center’s mission is to enhance the mission of NCEES by providing services that promote uniform licensing procedures with regard to the evaluation of education qualifications.

The vision is to be the standard for accuracy, consistency, fairness, and uniformity of credential evaluations. |

The Center aspires to become a clearinghouse for information on international engineering education comparability for licensure and registration. |
