Fees

The application will be invalidated if the required fees are not payable at the time the application is received. All fees are nonrefundable.

•	Credential evaluation Two reports are issued with original evaluation.	$375
•	Reactivation	$75
•	Additional electronic transmittal	$60
•	Additional report copy (2)	$35
•	Manual processing fee*	$25

*Applications and forms not submitted electronically will be charged an additional $25 processing fee.

Payment Terms

•	All fees are nonrefundable.
•	Payment must accompany all requests.
•	Payment must be made in U.S. dollars by a cashier’s check, by an official check drawn from a U.S. bank, or by a credit card valid and issued in the United States.
•	The Center will stop processing requested services and will rescind an evaluation if it is unable to collect credit card payment or if the cashier’s check or bank check is not genuine.
•	Cancellation of services and of the evaluation due to failure to fulfill financial obligations will be reported to the NCEES Member Boards.
•	All fees are subject to change without previous notice.
•	If paying by a cashier’s check or official bank check, include a copy of the confirmation notice and send payment to: NCEES PO Box 1686 Clemson, SC 29633-1686
•	Electronic applications should be submitted with credit card payment information.
